	Reference to a party.

role(PartyRole)

	The category of the relationship. The related party performs the role specified in this field for the base party. Need use 'BaseReportingAgent' – principal reporting party, 'ReportingAgent' – reporting party in repository messages.

type(PartyRoleType)

Additional definition refining the type of relationship. For example, if the "role" is Guarantor, this element may be used to specify whether all positions are guaranteed, or only a subset of them. Reporting party reports for specifying agreement type in repository messages. Value 'ALLD' is all agreements types, other defined in taxonomy.
