Term | Indicates that a contract is a regular term contract, with a start date and an end
date. Business rule: When the repo is 'Term', both spot and forward legs must be specified.

Open | Indicates that a contract is open ended; this means that the end date is unspecified,
and will be agreed by the two parties at a later date. Business rule: When the repo
is Open, the forward transaction leg must not be present.
