Party identifier
Starting from the xsd-scheam version 3.6 the information in the block partyId "Party's identifier " must be completed for each Party in a contract/master agreement and for UTI Generating Party and Reporting Agents by two identification codes.
The first field in partyId (Party's identifier) for the purpose of identifying the party, that is the client of the repository, repository code is used. This code is indicated from the Reference guide of Repository participants (field "Identification Code"), published on the official website of the NSD.
In case of Party is not repository client the first tag <partyId> should be defined as: "NONREF".
In addition to the repository code for the party, which is required to provide information in accordance with the clause 1.1 of the Directive, and for UTI Generating Party and Reporting Agents the LEI code must be indicated from 1 July, 2015. If one of the parties is not obliged to provide information to a repository in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, a master agreement / contract shall be submitted in accordance with the following rule:

The second field in partyId (Party's identifier) should be defined as: "type of the code"_lower underlining_"code". It is possible to use the following codes depending on the type of the party:

- Tag <partyName> should be filled with the official name of the counterparty.
