MidLifeEvent
A mid life event in a repo or securities lending transaction. Such mid life events
are bilateral agreements between contracting parties to alter the financial profile
of the transaction. Such examples include interest payments, collateral substitutions,
or mark-to-market activity (cash or nominal repricing) to re-balance the valuation
of cash and collateral in the transaction.
